Sealed quotations are invited from the
owners of 50 seaters (or more) bus for hiring on monthly basis for carrying
the staff of the University from Cooch Behar to Pundibari Campus and back on
all working days (20-22 days per month) following the routes as stated here

Fuel and maintenance charge of the vehicle and driver shall be the sole
responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.

The successful bidder shall have to make an agreement with the University.

The bus shall be engaged initially for a period of one year which may be
extended upon satisfactory performance and good condition of the vehicle.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations
without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The quotation should reach the office
of the undersigned within 16/09/2011 upto 4 p.m. and the same will be
opened on 20/09/2011 at 2 p.m.
