In continuation of earlier notification published in this daily on 1.12.2005 regarding 1^st Convocation of UBKV to be held on 9^th January, 2006 the followings are notified for information to all concerned :

	(i)	Last date of submission of application form for attending the Convocation has been extended upto 05.01.2006.
	(ii)	The application form may be had from Registrar's Office on payment of Rs. 50/- (fifty) in the form of D.D. of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of "Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya" payable at Cooch Behar either by post or in cash between 12-16 hours on any working day within the stipulated period.
	(iii)	The form may also be downloaded from this website and sent through mail at ubkv.cbr@gmail.com within 4 p.m. of 05.01.2006. However, the D.D. of Rs. 50/- shall have to be deposited to the office of the Registrar at the time of report.
	(iv)	Candidates shall have to report to this office personally for participation on 08.01.2006 between 12-16 hours and collect the robes therefrom on payment of Rs. 100/- (One hundred only) (refundable) or latest by 09.01.2006 between 9-11 hours.
	(v)	All candidates who have submitted their prescribed application form shall have to be present in a rehearsal to be held on 08.01.2006 and also on 09.01.2006.
	(vi)	While male recipients of degrees/diplomas/medals shall have to wear a 'White Kurta' and 'White Chost Paijama', females shall wear 'White Sharee with Red Border' and 'Red Blouse'. No candidate shall be allowed to attend the Convocation without proper dress.
	(vii)	Those who will fail to report or collect robes as per (iv) above, will not be allowed to attend.
	(viii)	Candidates may also collect their certificates on payment of Rs. 100/- in the form of D.D. as per (ii) above or in cash either personally on any working days between 12-16 hours after 10.1.2006 or by post along with a self-addressed envelope (A4 size).
