The first convocation of this Viswavidyalaya will be held on 9th January, 2006 for conferring degrees of

	B.Sc.(Agriculture)/B.Sc.(Horticulture) from  2001 to 2005,
	M.Sc.(Agriculture) from  2001 to 2005,
	M.Sc.(Horticulture) of  2005,
	Ph.D. from 2002  to  2004 and
	P.G. diploma of  2004
	B.Sc. (Ag./Hort.), M.Sc. (Ag./Hort.), Ph.D. and P.G. Diploma in Tea Science and Technology from 2001 to 2005

    Candidates who obtained the degrees/diplomas may apply in prescribed form for attending the convocation. The form may be collected from the Viswavidyalaya Office by person on payment of Rs, 50/- from 5^th December onwards or may be downloaded by clicking this link. The candidate is required to send a fee of Rs. 50/- through D.D. of any nationalised bank drawn in favour of UTTAR BANGA KRISHI VISWAVIDYALAYA & payable at Cooch Behar or can deposit by cash while submitting the application format in person. The filled in format is to be submitted at the office of Registrar by 30.12.2005 (upto 4:00 p.m.).

The last date of submission is 30.12.2005.

The recipients of medals will be intimated individually.
