The applicant Organisation must be registered under the W.B Societies Registration Act.1960.

The applicant Organisation must have its Office in and around the Cooch Behar district for having regular communication.

The applicant Organisation must have sufficient experience in the relevant field of activity and having sufficient knowledge about conducting the field survey work

The applicant Organisation should submit a report on the activities undertaken by them for the last 5 years with supporting documents with the application.

The applicant Organisation must be willing to take up work for the whole or any part of the district of Cooch Behar but they may mention sub division wise preference of area in the application.

The applicant Organisation should mention the outline strategy to be adopted by them to conduct child labour survey with detail planning stating the number of persons to be deployed for the purpose.

Organisations selected for Child Labour Survey will have to complete the survey within next 30 days from the date of issue of formal engagement letters in this respect.

Selected Organisations will have to submit security deposit amounting to Rs. 15,000.00 (Rs. fifteen thousand) only in the form of NSC pledged in favour of chairman of ‘The Cooch Behar Zilla Sishu Shramik Kalyan Parishad’ as a guarantee before commencement of work.

The service of the Organisations selected for the work may be terminated any time if their work is found to be unsatisfactory.

The Chairperson reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

After receipt of the applications from the various organizations the same will be scrutinized by a empowered committee for selecting some of the agencies from amongst them who will be asked thereafter to give presentation about the plan of action of survey work and organization of child labour schools at this district and selection of agency will be made on that basis.
