Tender
Memo No. DRDC/V-5/05/901/1(5)
dated: 30/03/2005
Due
to non-receipt of required number of tenders for some items in response to the
NIT issued vide this office Memo no. 674 dt: 21.03.05 fresh sealed tenders are
invited from authorized dealers or manufacturers of Computers and accessories of
Computers as detailed below for supply of the same for installation of CAD/CAM
centre in the DRDC, Cooch Behar Zilla Parisad having its office at Harendra
Narayan Road, Cooch Behar.
Terms
and conditions for submission of the tender are the same as notified in the
aforesaid NIT.
It
is further noted here that the tenderer is to provide one computer operator
competent to operate CAD/CAM system and impart training to others to operate the
system. Payment will be made to the tenderer whose rate will be accepted and not to the
computer operator provided for the purpose. The tender without offering service
of such computer operator will be invalid. Rates for this purpose is to be
quoted separately.
Last
date of receiving sealed tender is 18.04.05 up to 2pm. Tender may also be sent
by post provided the same is received by this office within the said date and
time. Tender will be opened on the same date at 3pm.
Supply and installation of the required articles
are to be made within Seven (7) days from the date of issue of supply order.
