Sealed technical bid are hereby invited for the following works from the
eligible bonafied contractors. All interested and eligible contractors are
requested to contact the Engineering Section of this Zilla Parishad to know
about the details of the work on any working day during office hours.
All relevant details i.e. credential and work experience certificates along
with tender processing fees must be enclosed with the technical
biddings.
Envelope should also contain
attested copies of valid VAT return, P.Tax, PAN Card, Trade License and Xerox
copy of renewal receipt of the enlisted contractor. Technical biddings
papers are to be sent to the Addl. Executive Officer, Cooch Behar Zilla
Parishad through registered post only and it should reach this office on or
before 2:00 pm of 08/08/2011.
For further detail information please contact the Engineering Section of this
Zilla Parishad. Only the successful technical bidders shall be allowed to
participate in financial bid which shall be held on 10/08/2011. The CZP
enlisted contractors have to pay earnest money after deducting the security
(i.e. Rs.62,500/-).

INSTRUCTION To BIDDERS
(For Open Tender
Work)

Sealed
tenders in appropriate printed Tender Form are invited
from the reputed enlisted Z.P. Contractor havong experience in
executing such type of jobs. However, copy of credentials of
works done along with completion certificate etc. from the
competent authority, in the previous five financial years
for any single work of similar nature equivalent to at least
80% of the estimated amount put to tender shall be required
to be submitted along with application for tender paper. |

The
Contractors shall be required to supply all materials
required for proper execution of the work, if not
otherwise mentioned and necessary Tools & plants,
Masons and other skilled & unskilled labour of their
own and shall arrange for necessary carriage of all the
materials. |
| 2. |
The
Contractors are requested to inspect the site of work and
acquaint themselves with the difficulties and
peculiarities as prevailing at the site of work and quote
their rate accordingly. All the works are located in
difficult areas and so the inspection is very essential.
No claim for any additional charges for such difficulties
and peculiarities at the site of work, if any, shall be
entertained after acceptance of tender. No price will be
allowed for participation in the tender for the works
under reference. |

The
Contractors shall quote their rates in figures as
well as in words in the space provided, in the
printed Tender Forms in percentage basis, i.e. ATPAR/BELOW
or ABOVE the rates of all items given in the
Schedule for the work.

The
Tender consisting of the following documents should be
signed in all pages & should be submitted in sealed
cover superscribed the name of the work as given in Tender
Notice on the top of envelope. The Contractors are also
requested to go through the drawings etc. in the
Estimating Section before submitting their Tenders :

The
Tender Form and other relevant documents as mentioned
above may be obtained from the offices as mentioned in the
Detailed Tender Notice on cash payment (non-refundable) of
per set, during office hours on all working days on
application.
The Contractors are requested to procure
the Tender Documents well in advance without waiting for
the last date. |
| 6. |
The
rates one offered by the contractors cannot be withdrawn
and the same shall be kept valid for three months from the
date of submission of the tender. The tender which shall
not accompany the Challan showing deposit of Earnest Money
or Earnest Money in Bank Draft/Pay Order shall be rejected
and the same shall not be considered. The Bank Draft/Pay
Order shall be drawn in favour of the F.O. &
C.A.O., Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad, Cooch Behar
payable at Cooch Behar. N.S.C., Govt. Bond etc.
will not be accepted as Earnest Money. |
