Tenders are hereby invited from the Bonafied
Suppliers/Distributors/Dealers/Manufacturers for supply of following items of
Papers to Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad Press, Cooch Behar. The tenders will be
received by the undersigned till 10/05/2011 upto 2 p.m. and will be
opened on 10/05/2011 at 2:15 p.m.
The intending tenderers may also send their
Tenders by registered post, which should reach the undersigned on or before
the last date & time of receipt of Tender. The intending tenderers may
remain present at the time of opening of tender. In case any unscheduled
Holiday on the aforesaid date, the next working day will be treated or
scheduled as prescribed date for the same purpose.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
|
- Intending tenderers should quote their rate per
Kg./Ream/Roll/Bundle basis; rate should be inclusive of all taxes
& Carriage upto workshop in Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad Press
Complex.
- Brand Name is to be mentioned clearly & sample should be
submitted at the time of tender.
- The successful tenderers should supply the papers time to time
as per supply order upto 31/03/2012.
- ST/PT/IT Clearance Certificate should be submitted at the time
of Tender.
- In case of any dispute regarding this tender that may be
resolved in any Court in Cooch Behar having Jurisdiction on such
issue.
- Successful tenderer should deposit Security Money of Rs.20,000/-
only at the time of 1st Supply Order.
- The items should be supplied by the supplier within 3 days from
receipt of the supply order, failing which penalty would be
imposed upon the supplier.
- If any supply is made out of proper brand name, no such bill for
the said supply will be entertained by this end.
- No change/enhancement of rate of any paper of any kind is
allowed upto 31/03/2012.
